Hotel Policy

With the arrival of the ban in Wales (April 2nd 2007), smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Check in time is 2:00pm check out time is 10:30am.

We operate a guaranteed reservation service, requiring a major credit or debit card to secure a room. The card will not be debited until your stay except in the event of a cancellation or no show.

We require three days notice prior to six o'clock pm on the date of arrival to cancel a booking. If this is not adhered to, the cost of the first nights stay will be charged.

For our part, for any booking held with a credit or debit card we will guarantee accommodation, (subject to the equivalent notice from us). In the event that we cannot provide accommodation we will arrange for accommodation locally in at least the same standard of hotel, pay any shortfall and provide any transportation to it.

For group bookings a deposit equalling the cost of the first nights stay is required. The minimum cancellation period for group bookings is seven days.

Guest's wishing to use our car park are required to leave a key for the car at reception at all times. For this reason we recommend that you bring your spare.

Holiday insurance is recommended to all our guests. This should include cover, for your benefit, of cancellation, curtailment and no show.
